Hi friends! Some of ya'll are jumping in on email 3! If you missed emails 1 & 2 you can go back and read them. I suggest that you do! You can do that here & here. --- Alright, it’s time to get into the nitty-gritty. Before we get into how The Wellspring works, it’s important to be clear about why it exists. Our tagline says it clearly: “The Wellspring is a place for distracted Millennials** to rebuild their attention so they can take bold and courageous action toward the life they want to live.” **A quick note on “Millennials” this is a loose descriptor, not a rigid boundary. If you don’t fit neatly into that category but resonate with the work, you’re absolutely welcome here. So the real question becomes: What does rebuilding attention actually look like in practice? Great question. Let’s break it down. First, The Wellspring operates in monthly cycles. Each month, we admit a new cohort. During your first month inside the community, everyone in that cohort goes through the same initiation together. This shared experience is how we create common language, trust, and momentum right away. Rebuilding Attention (The Foundation)Our first priority is rebuilding attention. And the number one force wrecking our attentional systems right now is our phones and devices. So the first initiation is a fully mapped, four-week protocol focused on examining and reshaping our relationship with technology. We’ll all be doing this together. You’ll track your experience, share reflections in the forum, and process what comes up during our weekly calls. I have no doubt we’ll learn a shitload from this first round together. Designing Your Own InitiationAfter that first month, we take the template off, and you are in charge. Instead of everyone doing the same thing, you design your own initiation for the following month. You choose a meaningful area of action in your life, commit to it, live it, track it, and then bring your experience back to the group. (I am not going to get into the details here of how you create and track your initiations here but it will all be made clear in the community.) This is a core ethos of The Wellspring: External action tills the internal soil. Said another way, when you take real action that actually costs you something, it will trigger you. Old patterns surface, and resistance shows up. That’s not a problem, it's by design, and it's the work. And you won’t be doing it alone. We have specific processes and protocols for working with what gets activated, with community support being one of the most powerful. Daily Structure and PracticesIn addition to the initiation cycles, we rebuild attention through consistent practice.
There will be something happening every day inside the community. You’re not expected to do everything. You’re invited to engage in a way that’s sustainable and real for your life. Growth, Size, and MembershipWe’re building this community slowly and controlled. That’s intentional. We care deeply about the culture, the quality of connection, and the integrity of the work. For that reason, we are only accepting 25 people into this first cohort and we open the doors for our first initiation call on 1/25/26. These 25 will be our founding members, offered a lifetime rate of $70/month. All future cohorts will enter at $100/month. Think of The Wellspring as a mental and spiritual gym. A place you can show up consistently, train your attention, and take meaningful action toward the life you want to live. This is a seed. It will grow. It will change. As a founding member, you’ll be instrumental in shaping what it becomes. It may look very different than what's described here six months from now, and that is okay. It will create itself when we are all in there interacting and injecting our personalities and needs into the container. Next StepsFirst, fill out the form if you wanna be a founding member! You can fill it out here. Then check out our website, its 🔥🔥🔥! The site will also link you to our form. If you want to have access to register for the founding member cohort you gotta fill it out! So do it! Wrapping Up Please let us know what questions you have and what still feels unclear. We want your feedback, and we’re grateful to be building this with you. With love, Christian & Jake |

What's up ya'll! This is the second email in our intro series, if you missed that one, you can read it here. In July of 2025, I was feeling a lull in my therapy practice. It felt like therapy, in general, was treading water. My clients and I were caught in a loop of endless processing, and we weren’t getting any closer to the outcomes we actually wanted. At the time, I was externalizing that frustration and making it about my clients. But, as is usually the case, that was a projection. The...
Hello, If you’re receiving this email, it’s because you watched my recent Instagram reel about Millennials and our role as as the Hero in this turning. This email is to introduce you to our creation! The Wellspring is an idea I’ve been quietly cooking for nearly six months, and we’re finally ready to take some action on it. I’ve teamed up with my buddy Jake Stanisci, and we’re actively bringing this community to life. Below is a high-level overview of who this community is for and what we’re...
Hey all, Below is an excerpt from a longform piece I wrote called, The Body Remembers: A Layman’s Guide to Somatic Healing. If you are interested, you can read the full thing over on Substack. This section was interesting enough, I thought I'd share it here. Cheers! Dissociation: The Lights Are On, but Nobody’s Home Somatic work is, at its core, about getting out of the mind and into the body. That’s where the deeper work begins. When we engage the body, we access deeper layers of memory and...
