What's up ya'll! This is the second email in our intro series, if you missed that one, you can read it here. In July of 2025, I was feeling a lull in my therapy practice. It felt like therapy, in general, was treading water. My clients and I were caught in a loop of endless processing, and we weren’t getting any closer to the outcomes we actually wanted. At the time, I was externalizing that frustration and making it about my clients. But, as is usually the case, that was a projection. The frustration wasn’t really about them. It was about me and my life. I had let a bunch of projects and ideas stack up without taking action on them. I was pissed at myself for that inaction. One night, in a fit of manic creative energy, I lit up a cigarette and started recording voice notes. They were messy and all over the place, but out of that initial burst emerged what eventually became The Wellspring 1.0. The premise was simple. I wanted to build a community dedicated to bold, courageous action. A place where people from all over the world could gather with like-minded folks who were just as committed to taking that action. We would meet weekly, decide on one bold action to take that week, then come back together and talk about it. We would experiment, iterate, get feedback, and accountability, and do it again. And again. Forever. It was simple. It felt clean and easy. But it wasn’t fully cooked. So I put it on the shelf and trusted that it would come back down when it was ready to finish developing. In October of 2025, I started Erick Godsey’s Mentally Fit program, and I had a strong sense that this experience would be instrumental in finishing The Wellspring. I was right. Early on in Mentally Fit, I kept getting these internal pings that I needed to ask for help. In a lot of areas of my life, but especially in my creative and business work. I took those pings seriously and made a commitment that I would not build The Wellspring alone. This was a project that could only be born in partnership. On November 22, I grabbed coffee with my buddy Jake. We were just catching up. I had no intention of talking about The Wellspring at all. But fate, God, the Universe, whatever you want to call it, had other plans. I shared the idea with Jake, and he was immediately bought in. He got the vision. He was fuckin stoked. And his stoke got me even more fuckin stoked. The next week, we started cooking. We pulled The Wellspring back off the shelf and began rounding it out. Clarifying the mission, the call, and what we actually wanted to build. The rest of the story is better told through spoken word. Check out the video below: (If that embedded video doesn't work for you, you can watch it on YouTube.
If you want a deeper understanding of The Shimmer, I highly suggest you listen to Erick's series. It could change your life. The next email I send will get into the details of what's actually inside the community and a detailed outline of the weekly/monthly flow. We are super stoked to share it with you. Remember, used appropriately, The Shimmer will give us more access to connection, abundance, and creativity than any other time in history. Hopefully you will join us as we endeavor to do just that. If you made it through the email and want to share, we would love to hear from you again.
Thanks again for being here, we appreciate you. Christian & Jake |

Hi friends! Some of ya'll are jumping in on email 3! If you missed emails 1 & 2 you can go back and read them. I suggest that you do! You can do that here & here. --- Alright, it’s time to get into the nitty-gritty. Before we get into how The Wellspring works, it’s important to be clear about why it exists. Our tagline says it clearly: “The Wellspring is a place for distracted Millennials** to rebuild their attention so they can take bold and courageous action toward the life they want to...
Hello, If you’re receiving this email, it’s because you watched my recent Instagram reel about Millennials and our role as as the Hero in this turning. This email is to introduce you to our creation! The Wellspring is an idea I’ve been quietly cooking for nearly six months, and we’re finally ready to take some action on it. I’ve teamed up with my buddy Jake Stanisci, and we’re actively bringing this community to life. Below is a high-level overview of who this community is for and what we’re...
Hey all, Below is an excerpt from a longform piece I wrote called, The Body Remembers: A Layman’s Guide to Somatic Healing. If you are interested, you can read the full thing over on Substack. This section was interesting enough, I thought I'd share it here. Cheers! Dissociation: The Lights Are On, but Nobody’s Home Somatic work is, at its core, about getting out of the mind and into the body. That’s where the deeper work begins. When we engage the body, we access deeper layers of memory and...
