Hello, If you’re receiving this email, it’s because you watched my recent Instagram reel about Millennials and our role as as the Hero in this turning. This email is to introduce you to our creation! The Wellspring is an idea I’ve been quietly cooking for nearly six months, and we’re finally ready to take some action on it. I’ve teamed up with my buddy Jake Stanisci, and we’re actively bringing this community to life. Below is a high-level overview of who this community is for and what we’re trying to build. I’d love for you to read it and sit with it. If you get to the end and feel interested, please hit reply and let me know. If it’s not for you, you’re welcome to reply and say so, or simply unsubscribe. Future emails will get more specific about structure and logistics, but I don’t want to overwhelm you with details too early. For now, just read, feel into it, and let me know what lands. Who Is This For? The Wellspring is a practice-based community for distracted millennials to rebuild their attention, clarify their vision, and take bold and courageous action toward creating the life they want. This is not a therapy group. It’s a mental and spiritual gym. A place to train your attention, practice in real time, receive feedback and accountability, and then return to your life to try again. You’ll likely feel at home here if you:
You may be navigating things like:
And you’re longing for:
Most of all, you want to become someone you’re proud of, and you’re done doing it alone. Who Is This Not For? The Wellspring is not a good fit if you:
This is a training ground. A place to build capacity, courage, and connection through repeated, embodied action. If you made it all the way through, well done. That tells me you have some attentional resources available. 😛 Please hit reply and let me know what you think so I can keep this list clean and avoid spamming you with shit you don’t want. Warmly, PS: For extra credit, check out this video about the theory of the fourth turning and the Millennials's role as hero! |

Hi friends! Some of ya'll are jumping in on email 3! If you missed emails 1 & 2 you can go back and read them. I suggest that you do! You can do that here & here. --- Alright, it’s time to get into the nitty-gritty. Before we get into how The Wellspring works, it’s important to be clear about why it exists. Our tagline says it clearly: “The Wellspring is a place for distracted Millennials** to rebuild their attention so they can take bold and courageous action toward the life they want to...
What's up ya'll! This is the second email in our intro series, if you missed that one, you can read it here. In July of 2025, I was feeling a lull in my therapy practice. It felt like therapy, in general, was treading water. My clients and I were caught in a loop of endless processing, and we weren’t getting any closer to the outcomes we actually wanted. At the time, I was externalizing that frustration and making it about my clients. But, as is usually the case, that was a projection. The...
Hey all, Below is an excerpt from a longform piece I wrote called, The Body Remembers: A Layman’s Guide to Somatic Healing. If you are interested, you can read the full thing over on Substack. This section was interesting enough, I thought I'd share it here. Cheers! Dissociation: The Lights Are On, but Nobody’s Home Somatic work is, at its core, about getting out of the mind and into the body. That’s where the deeper work begins. When we engage the body, we access deeper layers of memory and...
